Here's how it Works
* Basically you place our Product catalogue or any of our products that suit you on your website/ eBay / Retail store
* You Generate your own sales.
* Place your Customers order at our dropship site www.dropship.30-below.com after creating a fee account .
* Complete the checkout process and including your customers details, phone number, address act
* Make payment via paypal payment processor, We only accept paypal for dropship orders.
* We Dispatch the goods within 3-7 working days. (No P.O boxes) Delivery time form date of dispatch is 5-15 days.
* Tracking info will be sent to you on request only.
Drop-ship Program Terms..
*You can copy images and descriptions of the products you wish to sell from our site and post them on your web site
*We will drop ship to all U.S.A. / Canada and UK address. We have Two differant postage options...
1. Australia Post EMS priority post with tracking. Dispatch time is aprox 3 -7 days but may be longer in November and December . Postage Transit time from the date of dispatch is aprox 5-15 days. Flat Worldwide postage costs are US $35.00 (GB £18.00 ) per pair.
2. Australia post air mail. (No proof of dispatch, No tracking, No proof of delivery) Dispatch time is aprox 3 -7 days but may be longer in November and December. Air mail is quite safe and reliable, though from time to time a parcel may go missing in transit. If this ever happens, then their is no way to track the item or even prove they were ever posted. It one of the of the drawbacks with air mail. Plus delivery time is longer than EMS, usually around 7-20 days from the date of dispatch. Flat worldwide postage cost are US$20 per pair
DISCLAIMER PLEASE NOTE: If an item should go missing the post and you have chosen Air mail then www.30-below.com holds no reasonability what so ever for the lost parcel. We will not be able to provide any proof the boots was posted. We will not post a new item. We will not refund you. It will be up to you to resolve the lost item with your customer Either buy refund and purchasing a new item for them. Air mail is quite cheaper , so its very enticing, but before you choose Australia post Air mail you have to weigh up if you want to take the risk of the boots going missing in transit. As their is no way to locate or prove the goods were posted. And the reasonability is solely on you.
*We then send the product directly to your customer with your name on the package.
*We do accept returns for new styles/ colors/ size act. BUT We do not give money refunds, so its your responsibility to accept your own returns if you want to refund your customer..
*All return post and re-shipping cost will be payable by you or your customer.
*We do not ask you to sign up to any contract's in anyway. We don't ask you to pay any fee's. You may stop selling our products any time you like.
*We do not Ship to PO Box address
*We do not take any customer service on behalf of you. Basically you make the sale and you provide the customer service and we provide the goods.
*You customer is solely your responsibility including customer service / returns act..
*Its your sole responsibility to assure all exchanges are sent to us with clear details and return documents act.
*We do not give money returns so if your customer decides not to keep their goods and request a refund please don't send them back as we don't give money refunds.
* We do exchange for different goods if in stock.
*30 Below Australia's responsibility is to assure your order is sent to the correct address supplied by you and sent within time frame mentioned above.
*We Do Not take responsibility of any lost parcel in transit or any lost parcels from your customer returns.
