of your own local currency at the current exchange rate. Your invoice

form. All details are destroyed after we have processed your order.

Question... How much is postage? and how long will it take for me
to receive my order?
Answer.... Worlwide postage costs are $18USD Australia post is our choice
of postage companies. All goods are posted within 3-5 days from the
date you place your order. Postage time is approx 7-14 days from the
date your goods leave our warehouse. Any questions you may need to clarify
please feel free to contact us.
*Refunds /Returns*:
Question... Can I exchange my boots or get a refund if im not
satisfied?
Answer... Australian Aura Only Sell Quality Products. But if you
are not Satisfied with your Purchase i.e... you have ordered the wrong
style or the sizing is incorrect. We will be only to happy to exchange
your goods for another product as long as they are returned within
30 days of receiving your goods. They must be in New condition. Postage
costs for exchanges will be payable by the customer. Money refunds
will be granted less the initial postage costs ...This also applies
if you purchased while we were running a free postage deal as we still
have to pay the initial postage cost of 18 Dollars USD. We must be notified
about any return product within seven day of receipt . All goods must
be received back in their original packaging and in new condition
within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please enclose comments on your
requests to assure a faster turn around time. The Cost of return Shipping
to and from will also be Payable by you . Please take the Time to

*I want to cancel my Order before they
ship:*
Question... Ive ordered boots at www.30-below.com but ive decided
I want to cancel the order if they have not been sent. Can I do this
please?
Answer... Sure not a problem as long as the boots have not been sent,
If they have its out of our hands. But if we have not shipped your
product and you still want to cancel their will be a cancellation
fee of 10 Dollars USD for administration and bank fees.
*Boot Color*
Question... My boots don't seem to be the same color as the
picture at www.30-below.com ?
Answer ...All of our boot sheepskin hides comes from Australia. The
leather is of extremely high quality. One thing to remember with Sheep
skin leather is that the material will vary from hide to hide and
from boot to boot. Color variations are common, every animal hide
has unique characteristics which take on the dyes in the tanning process
differently. We think this builds the character of our boots as no
two are exactly the same. It is becoming more and more harder to
source quality skins to make our boots as their is a Drought in Australia.
Because of this drought the sheep we get our skins from are not eating
very much and this reflects on the skin the sheep are producing..
so their could be possible slight seed marks from time to time on
the hide. But in saying that we have people constantly siving through
skins at the tannery to pick out the best ones to make these boots.
*Sizing*
How do i select the correct sizing?
Answer... Our Boots are made by 30Below
Australia and are always made in full sizes. Our boots are sized TRUE
USA/ UK women sizes... For accuracy purposes, we ask you to select your
USA or UK everyday foot size. If you always wear a 1/2 size, Round UP to the next
size. Remember Ugg boots should be snug , tight at first as they will
stretch and mould to you foot as they wear in.
We also welcome you to measure your largest bare foots in Centimeters or millimeters. You can forward this measurement in our special comments section within our checkout when your purchase. This will allow us to select a true fit for you.
Any question you have on sizing ... Just pop us an email and well help you best we can to get fitted correctly. But as a rule select your everyday shoe size and 99.9% of the time this will be an exact fit.
