Can I exchange my boots or get a refund if im not satisfied? Answer...
We Only Sell Quality Products. But if you are not Satisfied with your Purchase.
Example - you have ordered the wrong style or the sizing is incorrect . We
will be only to happy to exchange your goods for another product as long as
they are returned within 30 days of receiving your goods. They must be in
New condition. Postage cost's for exchanges will be payable by the customer.
Money refunds will be granted less the initial postage costs ...This also
applies if you purchased while we were running a free postage deal as we still
have to pay the initial postage cost of $15 USD. We must be notified about any return product within seven day of
receipt . All goods must be received back in their original packaging and
in new condition within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please enclose comments
on your request's to assure a faster turn around time. The Cost of return
Shipping to and from will also be Payable by you . Please take the Time to
ensure your order is Correct.
